Brake Disc Grinding Advantages:

2. Double-sided synchronous grinding, high efficiency.
3. The lower grinding wheel performs point grinding, and the upper grinding wheel performs segmented infeed, resulting in good structural rigidity and high processing stability.
4. Planetary grinding is used. The center distance between the workpiece and the grinding wheel is adjustable, and the workpiece's self-rotation is independently controllable, resulting in high processing accuracy and controllable mesh-like texture shape.
5. Abrasive wheel, using "zero-to-zero" infeed grinding method, resulting in good grinding wheel accuracy and long service life.
