Processing method: The workpiece is fixed with a pull rod, 5 stations are processed simultaneously, and rough polishing and fine polishing are completed in the same equipment

Full coverage of complex contours: Five-axis linkage can precisely control the angle of the grinding head/polishing wheel, perfectly fitting the curved waistline, chamfered corners, button slots, charging ports and other complex areas of the shell, avoiding dead corners or uneven transitions caused by manual or three-axis equipment.
2. High consistency mass production: The numerical control program ensures that the polishing path, pressure, and speed of each shell are completely consistent, eliminating manual fluctuations, especially suitable for consumer electronics products with large shipments.
3. Multi-process integration: Multiple processes such as rough grinding (removing knife marks), fine polishing (bright surface), and wire drawing (matte texture) are completed with one clamping, reducing repeated positioning errors.
4. Fine surface control: Different areas can be processed differently (such as main body mirror surface + button area fine wire drawing) through parameter adjustment to meet the design requirements of high-end e-cigarettes for appearance partitioning.
