Processing method: The workpiece uses vacuum adsorption, three stations are processed simultaneously, one machine uses sponge sanding for rough polishing, and one machine uses a polishing cloth for fine polishing.

In the production of 3C products (especially precision appearance parts of laptops and mobile phones), the appearance parts polishing has extremely high precision requirements. The limitations of traditional water polishing processes will indeed lead to quality problems such as scratches and unevenness, while the introduction of a five-axis CNC polishing machine fundamentally solves these pain points.
